K9L K9L QSL card

WHAT IS K9L?

K9L is a special event station operated by the Sangamon Valley Radio Club of Springfield, Illinois. We are remembering the assassination of the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln on April 15, 1865.

This Special Event Station was created by the Elmer Committee for many of our new hams who have yet to operate an event such as this. Since this event is open to the entire club membership, we may have multiple operators on the air at the same time. We hope this gives our new members some valuable experience.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT DATES?

K9L will be operating from April 8, 2020 - 00:00z to April 15, 2020 - 00:00z.

WHERE WILL YOU FIND US?

K9L will be operating on all bands and all modes from 160 meters to 70cm.
